The Chef Instructors at the Johnson & Wales Inn will demonstrate techniques and explain the basic ingredients needed to create simple hors d'oeuvres. These demonstrations are approximately 30 minutes long and recipes and tip sheets are provided. A minimum number of attendees is 30 people and demonstrations are to be booked in conjunction with a luncheon at the hotel.
